Gold Factory Production Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production management and workflow optimization
• Gold jewelry manufacturing oversight
• Casting, soldering, setting, polishing, and finishing process supervision
• Daily production planning and job allocation
• Quality control and adherence to hallmarking standards
• Purity, weight accuracy, and loss/wastage management
• Inventory control of gold, alloys, stones, and consumables
• Team leadership and artisan supervision
• Coordination with design, sales, and procurement teams
• Implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement
• Compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines
• Timely delivery of custom and bulk production orders
• Equipment maintenance and workshop safety compliance
• Documentation, MIS reporting, and production tracking
• Skill development and training for artisans
• Technology adoption and process automation initiatives
