Job Description

Ensure timely sourcing of new or alternate items in line with business requirements.

Negotiate machinery-related orders and ensure proper contracts management for service items across all concepts and territories.

Update Price Master in the system.
-
Monitor monthly LPOs and close the ones not required.
-
Create LPOs for machinery items or services and/or approve LPOs.
-
Track key contract clauses and report adherence.
-
Ensure proper document storage and easy retrieval as per company policies.
-
Monitor market trends and update the leadership team on key items.

Benchmark prices across all territories for key items and generate monthly MIS for responsible categories.

Conduct supplier ratings for key suppliers.

Track assets and control rotation of assets as per business requirements.
Job Experience / Skills
-
Proven experience in procurement within the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry.
-
7–10 years of progressive experience in sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations.

Professional certification such as CIPS Level 4, APICS, or an equivalent Supply Chain Management qualification.

Strong understanding of procurement practices and compliance requirements in GCC markets.
Education

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
