Job Description

  • Ensure timely sourcing of new or alternate items in line with business requirements.
  • Negotiate machinery-related orders and ensure proper contracts management for service items across all concepts and territories.
  • Update Price Master in the system.
  • Monitor monthly LPOs and close the ones not required.
  • Create LPOs for machinery items or services and/or approve LPOs.
  • Track key contract clauses and report adherence.
  • Ensure proper document storage and easy retrieval as per company policies.
  • Monitor market trends and update the leadership team on key items.
  • Benchmark prices across all territories for key items and generate monthly MIS for responsible categories.
  • Conduct supplier ratings for key suppliers.
  • Track assets and control rotation of assets as per business requirements.


Job Experience / Skills

  • Proven experience in procurement within the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Professional certification such as CIPS Level 4, APICS, or an equivalent Supply Chain Management qualification.
  • Strong understanding of procurement practices and compliance requirements in GCC markets.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field).
