Asst. Manager Sales - Elevators

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Sales – Elevators is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, securing elevator and escalator projects, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires close coordination with consultants, architects, builders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and high-rise projects.

Promote elevator, escalator, and vertical transportation solutions to prospective clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.

Client Management

Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable elevator solutions.

Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Tendering & Proposal Management

Review tender documents and project specifications.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and bid submissions.

Coordinate with engineering and estimation teams for accurate costing and technical compliance.

Participate in contract negotiations and order closing activities.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with project, installation, and service teams for smooth execution of awarded projects.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Follow up on payments, collections, and contractual obligations.

Reporting & Analysis

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM database.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.

Monitor market trends and industry developments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of sales experience in elevators, escalators, construction, building materials, or related industries.

Strong understanding of elevator products and vertical transportation solutions.

Required Skills:

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Business development and client relationship management.

Tendering and contract management.

Market analysis and strategic planning.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
