Key responsibilities

  • Sales and promotion: Promote and sell travel packages, flights, hotels, and tours to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client consultation: Understand client travel preferences and needs through consultation to create personalized and customized itineraries.
  • Booking and coordination: Handle all booking procedures for flights, accommodations, and other travel services, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer support before, during, and after the trip, including handling inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Product and market knowledge: Stay current on travel trends, destinations, promotions, and industry regulations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and transactions.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven 2+sales experience, ideally in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of travel products, services, and booking systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is often a plus.
  • A results-driven and customer-focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
