Senior Immigration Sales Consultant

Job Description:

• Counselling clients for different types of visa processes.
• Responsible for counselling the inquiry leads and selling our services over the phone, email, and in person.
• Candidates have to deal with clients who are looking for PR visas, Tourist visas, Business visas, Spouse visas, etc.
• Acquisition of new clients and follow-up with existing ones.
• Meet the assigned monthly targets
• Sales-orientated and target-driven attitude.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Provide consultation services to address potential clients’ interest in immigration programmes, including establishing the suitability of the candidate’s visa. Consultation will mainly be by email, telephone and face-to-face meetings.
• Identify sales prospects and contact prospects, along with providing regular follow up on enquiries received.
• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration and visa laws and policies.
• Convert leads and enquiries by interacting with the client through telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face discussion; understand the client's profile and visa requirement; and provide appropriate solutions based on the client's eligibility and the services offered by the company.
• Additional experience in handling student visas and investor/entrepreneur visas will be an added advantage.
• Provide consultation for immigration, educational and work-related purposes with high level of professionalism in person and through online channels;

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years' sales experience in overseas education or immigration.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Sales-orientated and target-driven attitude and should have ability to work with targets
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
• Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Canada, Australia, UK PR process

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
