Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Our safety standards are a benchmark across RO-IN, which has won us several awards & accolades by Govt. of Rajasthan. We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

Industrial Engineering: Estimate, develop and determine Standard time (MTM, Time Study) , Maintain SAP data (Routing, CAPP, ROS), Identify improvement areas (ABC analysis, Bottleneck study, LLD,OEE trends, VT/TG trends) & lead/support VT/Tg ratio optimization projects to ensure implementation of IE & BPS standards

Ergonomics: Assess, review, monitor and communicate ergonomic compliance of workstations to stakeholders. Ensure closure of observations during ergo checks to ensure safer, healthier and productive work places.

Incentive Management: Determine manpower in value streams based on production plan for optimum productivity. Monitor, calculate, monitor and communicate the incentive metrices and excess wages to the stakeholders

Labour Transformation: Define, implement, and sustain MJV standards across the plant, train and supervise assessors, communicate standards, and create/update/present MIS using MS Power BI, including standards for individual assessment.

Long Term Settlement: Support and estimate scope of productivity improvements based on past data, simulate working models and propose to management and labour union, participate in negotiations, assist in preparing draft proposal to establish productivity and incentive framework for LTS.

Education: B.Tech./B.E. (Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Automobile/ Mechatronics)

Experience: Upto 5 years in Industrial Engineering / Process Planning / Manufacturing / Lean Principles

Knowledge & Skills: Competent in Industrial Engineering concepts, Ergonomics Workplace Assessment and Design, Lean Concepts, MTM, Time Study, SAP, MS Office tools

The purpose of this position is to establish scientific basis for time and motion standards, monitor and calculate the blue-collar manpower efficiency and establish safe and ergonomic work environment to overall enhance productivity and resource utilization in various direct and indirect functions.
