Asst Manager - Warehouse Operations Inventory & Sales TVS parts

We are super stockist of Two and four wheeler Automobile spare parts, accessories, Tyre's, batteries and others like BAJAJ, TVS, HERO, HONDA, ROYAL ENFIELD etc. our Head Office is Lucknow and we are working on pan U.P. since more than 45 years with team of more than 2500 employees.

• Designation:- Asst. Manager:- Warehouse Inventory, Operations and sales.

Job Role and Responsibilities:-

• Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management of min turnover of 3 to 5 Cr. per month.
• Sales management , Data Analysis and Reporting on Advanced Microsoft Excel using Lookup's, Charts, Tables and others.
• Supply Chain Coordination, Cost Control and Compliance and Safety.
• Being responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and optimizing inventory processes and ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain.
• Playing a key role in reducing costs and improving operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Basic eligibility criteria for apply:-

• ONLY NATIVE / PERMANENT RESIDENT OF LUCKNOW SINCE MORE THAN 10 YEARS ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

Work Experience, skills and Educational qualification:-

• Min 2-5 years in warehouse operation, sales and Inventory management of min turnover of Rs. 3-5 Cr. pm and Implementing inventory control systems and achieving kpi's.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adv. Excel (V & H Lookup, Pivot Table, Count if, Conditional formatting, shortcuts and formulas etc.) Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Certifications as CPIM, CSCP or Six Sigma will prefer.
• Bachelor’s in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):-

• Sales management , Inventory accuracy percentage, Stock turnover rate, Order fulfillment time.
• Inventory carrying costs, Reduction in stock discrepancies or shrinkage.

Job Location:- Transport Nagar, Lucknow warehouse

CTC & benefits per month:- Rs.32,000-37,000/- pm (negotiable) Benefits:- TA + DA + PF/ESIC + Insurance + other.
