1. Center Operations Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all training centers.
- Monitor batch scheduling, trainer allocation, classroom readiness, and infrastructure upkeep.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, training guidelines, and operational standards at every center.
- Coordinate with Center Managers/Coordinators to resolve operational gaps.
2. Enrollment & Mobilization Oversight
- daily/weekly mobilization activities to achieve enrollment targets.
- Track counsellor and mobilizer performance.
- Ensure proper counselling process, documentation, and submission of candidate forms.
3. Training Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to training curriculum, session plans, and assessment standards.
- Monitor trainer performance, class engagement, and attendance (target 75%+).
- Conduct surprise audits, class observations, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with NSQF, SSC standards, and project-specific guidelines (if applicable).
4. Placement & Tracking Support
- Monitor placement team performance and ensure monthly placement targets are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and employers.
- Oversee post-placement tracking, retention, and documentation.
5. MIS, Reporting & Documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in MIS by center teams.
- Review daily/weekly reports on enrollment, training progress, placements, and center performance.
- Prepare consolidated reports for management review.
- Ensure documentation (attendance, batch files, assessment records) is complete and audit-ready.
6. Team Management & Coordination
- Support Center Managers, trainers, and mobilizers in resolving operational issues.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with center teams.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with funding partners, government bodies, SSCs, and other stakeholders as required.
- Support in organizing events, assessments, employer visits, and center audits.
8. Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor utilization of resources (training kits, tools, logistics).
- Ensure cost-effective operations within approved budgets.
- Maintain vendor coordination for timely supply of materials.
9. Compliance, Safety & Governance
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR guidelines, and statutory norms.
- Maintain safe, disciplined, and learner-friendly environment at centers.
- Address grievances of staff and students promptly.
10. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify operational challenges and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
- Implement best practices across centers.
- Support management in new project rollouts, expansions, and pilots.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
