Job Purpose:

To assist the Operations FM Manager in overseeing daily facilities management activities, ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and support services across all sites. The role supports project execution, vendor coordination, and service quality improvement in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising FM operations across assigned sites.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth execution of daily maintenance and service tasks.

Support in implementing operational policies and standard procedures.

Maintenance & Service Management

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team.

Ensure all MEP, HVAC, cleaning, and security services are executed effectively.

Monitor service requests and ensure timely closure through the CAFM/ERP system.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, quotations, and service delivery.

Support procurement in preparing RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor evaluations.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Maintain records of maintenance, procurement, and performance metrics.

Assist in updating trackers and dashboards for management review.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and site safety procedures.

Report incidents, hazards, and near misses promptly.

Participate in safety audits and inspections.

Team Coordination & Support

Assist in scheduling and supervising site staff and technicians.

Support in training and evaluating team performance.

Facilitate communication between operations, clients, and support departments.

Client Relations

Assist in addressing client queries and service requests professionally.

Ensure service delivery meets contractual and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in facilities management or operations supervision.

Knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and FM software (CAFM/ERP).

Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.

Strong vendor and client management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and FM-related systems.

Team player with leadership potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
