We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or wellness operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role involves managing teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of service and facility management.

This role would require the candidate to travel to Hyderabad for overseeing clinic operations at par with Delhi clinic.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
  • Watch metrics and KPI’s of departments and its staff, oversee hiring, growth and expansion of the clinic to other cities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and productivity.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Implement and manage teams in other cities and maintain standards, quality and dept & staff SOP

Guest Experience

  • Ensure all patients receive exceptional, personalized experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Continuously improve service offerings based on patient feedback and industry trends.

Financial & Inventory Management

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to achieve financial targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability.

Facilities & Maintenance

  • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams as needed.

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, special events, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance the guest experience and grow revenue streams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–7 years of operational management experience in a spa, hotel, wellness clinic, aesthetic clinic, restaurant or related hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and multiple operational functions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant POS/booking systems (e.g.,Clinicea, Zenoti, Myoperator).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
