Job Overview:
The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities for the construction domain, with a focus on timely sourcing and cost-effective procurement of finishing materials for housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute procurement of finishing items such as chinaware, doors, electrical items, hardware, wooden flooring, etc.
  • Prepare budgets and plan fund allocation for procurement, ensuring optimal material utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Identify and develop reliable vendors/suppliers to ensure timely availability of quality materials.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams to meet material requirements within project timelines.
  • Maintain complete purchase documentation, records, and vendor data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all procurement processes.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and planning skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
