Asst. Restaurant Manager

The Assistant Restaurant Manager support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining luxury dining standards, and achieving operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members.
  • Monitor service quality and compliance with fine-dining standards.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational productivity.
  • Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets through effective upselling and service excellence.
  • Prepare operational reports and support administrative functions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Experience in luxury dining, upscale cafés, or hospitality environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (Bilingual)
  • Fluency in Arabic is required for this role due to business and customer service requirements.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
