The Assistant Restaurant Manager support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining luxury dining standards, and achieving operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.
- Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant team members.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with fine-dining standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational productivity.
- Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective upselling and service excellence.
- Prepare operational reports and support administrative functions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience in luxury dining, upscale cafés, or hospitality environments preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (Bilingual)
- Fluency in Arabic is required for this role due to business and customer service requirements.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
