Senior Accountant

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer with a strong MEP background to support facilities management operations. ELV Engineer with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in ELV systems, standards, and government authority coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, system performance, and coordination with contractors and authorities. Operates and Manages all ELV systems in all Parks and BOH, manages AMC and non-AMC Contractors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>High level of knowledge of industry standards, international guidelines (like NFPA, ISO, BS) and local government guidelines (such as QCS) and best practices.
