Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Record and maintain customer interactions and service requests.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center or relevant field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
