Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or in person.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, ensuring timely resolution.
- Record and maintain customer interactions and service requests.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Understanding of company products, services, and procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center or relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
