The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company's social media presence, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
- Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns.
- Capture and coordinate photo/video content for events, attractions, and guest experiences.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, events, operations, and creative teams to promote campaigns and special events.
- Support influencer collaborations and digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this role.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of social media experience, preferably in hospitality, events & entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Experience with content creation, photography, videography, and basic editing tools.
- Excellent communication and copy writing skills both in Arabic & English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
