Party Host

The Party Host is responsible for delivering a fun, engaging, and well-organized birthday party experience for children and guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and manage children’s birthday parties and group celebrations from start to finish
• Welcome guests and provide a friendly, energetic, and professional experience
• Coordinate party activities, games, and entertainment as per the event plan
• Engage with children to ensure an enjoyable and safe environment
• Assist with party setup, decoration, and venue preparation
• Serve as the main point of contact for parents/guests during the event
• Ensure smooth flow of the party including timing of activities, food, and cake-cutting
• Collaborate with operations, F&B, and entertainment teams for event execution
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of party areas before and after events
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in family entertainment environments.
• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or entertainment preferred
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, outgoing, and child-friendly personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Fluent in English and basic communication in Arabic is plus
