Safety Officer (Construction)

We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer to join our construction team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) documentation.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for site personnel.
• Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, permits, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting operations, work at height, excavation, scaffolding, and confined space entry.
• Support emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and evacuation procedures on site.
