Asterisk Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an Asterisk Developer to design, configure, and manage IVR and call automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Asterisk, SIP, and VoIP technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage IVR solutions using Asterisk
Configure call flows, dial plans, and voice menus
Integrate Asterisk with external systems and APIs
Implement and manage WebRTC-based voice solutions
Troubleshoot and optimize call performance
Collaborate with the team to deploy and enhance voice solutions

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working with Asterisk
Strong understanding of IVR, SIP, and VoIP concepts
Experience in dial plan scripting and AGI development
Familiarity with Linux servers and network configuration
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
