We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service & Administrative Coordinator to support daily dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating service work, and handling administrative and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and incoming calls

2 Open, manage, and close work orders accurately and efficiently

3 Provide service quotes and assist with customer inquiries

4 Coordinate workflow to ensure technicians have consistent work

5 Maintain service records, files, and documentation

6 Process cash receipts, prepare deposits, and support basic accounting functions

7 Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

8 Assist with purchase orders and submit documentation to accounting

9 Provide administrative support across service, sales, and parts departments

10 Manage office communications, mail, and filing systems

11 Order and maintain office and service supplies

12 Assist with reporting, warranty claims, and follow-ups

13 Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications

1 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

2 Experience in administrative, service, or dealership environments preferred

3 Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR, cash handling)

4 Strong customer service and communication skills

5 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

6 Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

7 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
