In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling Automated Teller Machine (ATM) transactions, managing cash flow, and preventing fraud to uphold the highest standards of financial integrity. Your proactive approach will support the bank’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining secure and efficient cash management processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in financial services, relationship management, and operational excellence within a fast-paced banking environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in financial sales, customer relationship management, or banking operations with a focus on cash handling or ATM services.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques, transaction reconciliation processes, and banking software systems.
• Strong understanding of retail math, basic math skills, and proficiency in using 10-key typing for data entry.
• Knowledge of loan origination procedures and the ability to process loan applications efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward upselling banking products and building relationships.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity while adhering to security protocols.
