Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach and Email Marketing to generate qualified B2B leads and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prior experience selling ATS or HR Tech solutions is mandatory.
• Strong network and connections within the HR and Recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Potential to become a future leader.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Generate qualified leads and identify potential clients.
• Conduct product research and development as per the market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
