AT&T Customer Representative

Duties

  • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and promote products or services.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by listening actively, understanding needs, and offering clear solutions.
  • Assist clients with account management, billing questions, service upgrades, and technical support to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or service plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued; fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or client support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically across diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and record keeping.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with a proactive attitude towards upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Excellent phone etiquette combined with analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and accurately.

Pay: $850.00 - $1,200.00 per week
