AT&T Retail Sales Ambassador

Overview

Clarity Enterprises Inc is hiring Retail Sales Ambassadors to represent AT&T products and services inside major retail locations. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and customer engagement with a nationally recognized brand.

This is a face-to-face retail sales role no cold calling, no door-to-door sales, and no business-to-business outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Represent AT&T promotions and services within retail store environments
• Engage customers and provide tailored product recommendations
• Drive new customer acquisitions, activations, and upgrades
• Deliver a high-quality customer service and sales experience
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets and KPIs
• Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development

Compensation & Perks

• Base pay + uncapped commission structure
