Key Responsibilities
AT&T System Access Management
Manage the full lifecycle of AT&T system access for Prime employees, including the procurement, activation, maintenance, transfer, and deactivation of all user IDs (UIDs).
Process access requests accurately and within established service-level expectations.
Review submitted information for completeness and follow up promptly when corrections or additional documentation are required.
Maintain accurate records of all UID requests, approvals, status changes, and completed actions.
Use Excel to track requests, reconcile data, identify discrepancies, and support access audits and reporting.
Monitor pending requests and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or access issues.
Complete regular audits of user access to ensure records remain current and aligned with employee roles and employment status.
Coordinate with internal teams and AT&T partners to resolve access-related questions and escalations.
Handle employee information, system credentials, and other sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
Develop and maintain clear procedures, reference materials, and tracking tools for system access processes.
Identify opportunities to improve processing accuracy, turnaround time, documentation, and overall workflow efficiency.
Provide clear and professional updates to employees, leaders, and business partners regarding request status and required next steps.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, data validation, and maintaining accurate tracking files.
