EMFI Qatar Group is looking for an Attendance Management Coordinator (HRIS Payroll) with the following qualifications:
Responsible for Managing Attendance, Leave, Deduction, Reporting, absenteeism, disciplinary action. Generating report and taking ensuring compliance of HR rules and HR laws,
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration / psychology, Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or HR preferred
- Bi - Lingual Spoken and written English and Arabic preferable
Experience:
- More than 6 years of experience in a similar role
Skills required:
- Ability to effectively manage time and schedules.
- Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of ISO/Risk management standards and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of ERP/HR Systems.
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions for improvement.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
Role/Duties:
- Prepare, review, update Attendance, less average, absenteeism reports in coordination with line departments.
- Coordinate with departments to finalize reports on timely matter and update the records in the system.
- Coordinate with IT department for attendance system, issues, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with line departments to prepare and review disciplinary action reports and update the records in the system as per HR law and process.
- Prepare Monthly statics reports about attendance management reports.
- Studies and follows up absenteeism report for review and action by Senior – Employee Relations
- • Studies and raises unpaid, special and escort leaves for approval
- • Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification
