Our busy law firm is growing, and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners and administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve clients. $100,000 - $140,000 yearly

• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
• Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects

• Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed
• Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
• Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
• Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years a plus

• Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (JD) and experience in representing clients for at least 5 years
