We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to handle cases from litigation through trial. The ideal candidate will manage a substantial caseload, oversee discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, participate in mediations, and serve as lead counsel at trial.

Requirements:

• J.D. and active Florida law license
• 2+ years of plaintiff PI litigation experience
• Proven jury and bench trial experience
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case strategy skills

Competitive base salary + performance bonuses + full benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $122,000.62 - $220,000.88 per year
