Contract Attorney - Medina, India

We are currently hiring a highly skilled and motivated Contract Attorney to join our team in Medina, India. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on various contractual matters. This is a great opportunity for law students or recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience in the legal field.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
2. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
3. Conduct legal research and provide recommendations on various legal issues
4. Provide guidance on contract negotiations and terms
5. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
6. Represent clients in court if necessary

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (LLB or JD)
2. At least 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with contract law experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Knowledge of Indian contract laws and regulations
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position suitable for Indian candidates who are legally allowed to work in India. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for students looking to gain practical experience in the legal field while also earning an income.
