Overview

Legal Consultant/Advisor. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Consultant/Advisor to join our growing team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Legal Consultant/Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of matters. Your primary role will be to ensure that our clients comply with all applicable laws and regulations, while also protecting their legal rights and interests.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on legal issues and provide accurate and timely advice to clients
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda
• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for potential risks or issues
• Represent clients in court proceedings or other legal proceedings as needed
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect our clients' businesses
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive legal solutions for our clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly and concisely
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Prior experience working with international clients is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in mediation or arbitration processes
• Familiarity with international business laws
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal cases
