Attorney

What you will be doing:

• Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation matters
• Evaluate liability, damages, and treatment plans
• Draft and review demand packages
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress
• Collaborate with a full support team including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
• Maintain detailed notes and case activity in the firm’s legal CRM (Litify)

Experience you will need:

• Active California Bar License and in good standing
• Minimum 4+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on pre-litigation
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload from intake to resolution
• Strong understanding of California personal injury laws and procedures
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with legal CRMs like Litify preferred
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
