Position Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle a diverse docket of personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation for personal injury cases, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and efficient case progression.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar license.
• Minimum 5+ years of litigation experience , preferably in personal injury law.
• Strong knowledge of Texas civil procedure and trial preparation.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
