Attorney – Insurance Defense

Location: Chesterbrook, PA (Hybrid – In-office 1 day per week)

Compensation: Up to $150,000 annually

Experience: 3+ years of insurance defense litigation

About the Role

Our client, a well-established insurance defense law firm, is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their team in Chesterbrook, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to work on complex litigation matters while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
• Manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (in good standing).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
