Civil Litigation Attorney – Boutique Firm (Hybrid)

Location: Del Mar, CA

Compensation: $140K – $200K + bonuses

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite for junior; 2–3 for senior)

The firm specializes in business litigation, employment law, securities litigation, and intellectual property disputes , representing companies in high-stakes matters. Role Highlights:

• Handle civil litigation cases from start to finish (employment and public entity experience a plus)
• Draft and argue motions; conduct oral arguments
• Participate in depositions and trials (prior experience not required)
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys for hands-on litigation experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 1–10 years of civil litigation experience (junior or mid-level)
• California licensed attorney
• Interested in employment law and gaining trial experience
• Looking for a mid-size boutique firm with strong mentorship and growth opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $150K – $200K
• Quarterly performance bonuses + annual discretionary bonus

• No minimum billable requirement; annual target: 1850 hours
