 Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 +

 10+ years personal injury experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Catastrophic injury cases majority (70% medical malpractice)
 </li>
 <li>
 Will be in charge of directing litigation in consultation with the Partners and be able to direct the work of younger associates who would be contributing
 </li>
