Established (25+) Years Premier Firm Seeking Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Attorney in Houston, TX

An established mid-sized law firm based in Houston with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team! This Attorney will ideally have experience with corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while advising clients on complex business matters.

Salary range: $160,000-$180,000 , depending on experience

Qualifications

The candidate must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Texas Bar.

The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and business transactions.

Strong Drafting, Negotiation, And Analytical Skills Are Required.

The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

The Attorney will advise clients on corporate and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and governance.

The Attorney will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, disclosure schedules, and related documents.

The Attorney will conduct due diligence and provide strategic guidance on risk allocation and compliance issues. The Attorney will analyze legal issues involving antitrust, intellectual property, employment, tax, and regulatory matters.

The Attorney will deliver practical, business-driven solutions directly to clients.
