The Global Ethics & Compliance Attorney will provide legal expertise and counsel to the business relating to global compliance and regulatory matters and will help support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s ethics and compliance programs. The attorney will support various ethics and compliance training programs, and will also be asked to provide legal advice and counsel concerning global laws and regulations applicable to the business, including those related to anti-corruption and sanctions. This role requires subject matter expertise and an understanding of corporate compliance programs, global legal frameworks, and regulatory compliance. This individual will work with colleagues across multiple business functions to advance the company’s compliance programs and to support the business in executing against its operational and strategic decisions and goals.
