We’re a growing family law firm looking for experienced family law attorney that are based and experienced in the state of Texas! This position is open statewide as part of our continued expansion across Texas. We are actively growing our footprint and developing talent to support our long-term vision of serving clients throughout the state.
The Law Office of Bryan Fagan is a firm that excels in family, estate planning & probate, and criminal law matters. We currently have (11) offices in Texas: (2) offices in Houston (Corporate and River Oaks), and (1) office in Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, The Woodlands, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, and Humble, and will continue to have paralegals in these offices.
Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities:
- Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
- Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases.
- Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
- Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.
What you will bring to the role:
- 5+ years of practicing family law in Texas. Five or more years of experience is highly preferred.
- Have a valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
- solid research and writing skills
- A passion for conducting hearings and being in the courtroom, and handling Mediations and Consults.
- Energetic and motivated.
- Highly organized.
- Knowledge of TxDoc and Clio OR similar drafting/client management software, MS Office or Google Suite proficiency.
- Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery.
- Must flexible to travel to handle cases across Texas as needed.
