JOB SUMMARY: Attorney: Real Estate and Business Litigation

Friendly small boutique Real Estate, and Business Litigation firm with small but growing transactional practice seeks bright, independent, experienced attorney with 10 plus years experience to handle cases independently and with partner. The practice is in Supreme, Civil and Administrative courts involving various types of Real estate litigation, Coop/ Condo Board representation and challenges to the Board, derivative actions, fraudulent conveyances of real property, mortgage foreclosure, nuisance abatement actions, yellowstone injunctions, guaranty suits, discrimination, boutique commercial landlord -tenant litigation, Administrative proceedings, commercial leasing, Board related documents , closings and more. The candidate should have a strong background in litigation with excellent writing skills, and be prepared to be flexible in terms of handling varied and interesting cases. A significant portion of the work is with Chinese clientele and knowledge of Mandarin would be a plus but is not in any way required. Please send resume, and salary requirements.
