The Opportunity

Rex is seeking an In-House Litigation Attorney to drive execution across discovery, motion practice, and dispute management in a fast-moving environment. This role requires a coldly analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial operator who can design and implement scalable systems while maintaining rigor under pressure. You will be at the center of live disputes, ensuring seamless coordination, clarity, and tech-enabled efficiency. This is a rare opportunity to pair hands-on litigation with AI-driven innovation, directly shaping the legal infrastructure of a growing enterprise while relentlessly warring to protect and advance the business.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of litigation experience in top-tier law firms or high-volume litigation environments
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar, with preference for Texas or Florida
• Strong understanding of civil procedure in Texas or Florida preferred
• Exceptional legal judgment and writing precision
• Disciplined organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple disputes simultaneously
• Warrior mentality with the resilience to execute under pressure and the creativity to solve problems in fast-moving contexts
• Business-first mindset with the ability to spot risks and opportunities through litigation strategy

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 annually

Long-Term Alignment: Opportunity for equity participation in investment returns
