Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Assistant General Counsel and consistent with good customer service practices, the Attorney IV independently, and with broad discretion, provides legal advice and services for the most sensitive and complex legal work handled by the Office of General Counsel related to contracting, employment law, and conflict of interest matters. The Attorney IV advises on cases and/or matters involving opposing counsel with a high level of specialization and that have more complex or technical fact patterns and novel theories and evolving law. The Attorney IV independently, and with broad discretion, handles exceptionally difficult and sensitive matters.
