Goldfinch & Partners is delighted to partner with a leading personal injury firm seeking a seasoned Managing In-Office Attorney to spearhead its Dallas office. This high-impact role is perfect for a respected trial lawyer with board certification, deep expertise in personal injury, and a passion for elevating teams and client outcomes.

About the Role

- Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and oversight to attorneys within the Dallas office.

- Manage an active personal injury litigation docket—balancing your own complex caseload with team supervision.

- Oversee case strategy development and ensure the delivery of consistently high-quality representation.

- Take lead on jury trials, driving favourable outcomes from strategy through verdict.

- Work closely with firm leadership to promote operational excellence and legal quality.

- Foster a professional, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.

Who We’re Looking For

- 15+ years of personal injury litigation experience (20+ years preferred) with board certification in Personal Injury Trial Law (mandatory).

- Proven track record of at least 10 jury trials to verdict.

- Demonstrated leadership and management expertise, adept at supervising and developing attorneys.

- Strong organisational abilities—capable of balancing a busy docket and leading a team.

- Exceptional oral advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
