Attorney - Medical Malpractice (Senior)

Our client is an established and growing regional firm, seeking a Medical Malpractice TRIAL ATTORNEY.

Undertake trial strategy, preparation and implementation, managing cases from trial preparation to verdict. Conduct trials and negotiate settlements. Oversee support staff and associate attorneys as required.

The successful candidate will present:

• Current and active member in good standing at the New York Bar.
• Exceptional trial experience specific to Medical Malpractice defense.
• A record of a minimum or 10 trials to verdict (published).

This firm represents insurance carriers and their insureds (doctors, EMT, hospital workers/caregivers, medical practices/ groups, hospitals/hospital corporations/groups, etc.) across the greater NYC area, including the 5 boroughs, Long Island and Westchester.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
