Attorney Needed to Lead Law Firm Under MSO Structure (High Case Volume | Fully Supported)

Under our MSO model, you own the professional law firm (PC/PLLC) and handle:

• Legal oversight
• Ethical judgment
• Attorney client trust account
• Signing retainer agreements and legal documents
• Approving demands & settlements
• Ensuring Rules of Professional Conduct compliance

We own and operate everything else, including:

• Marketing & lead generation (one of our biggest strengths)
• Case acquisition funnels
• Admin & support staff
• Case management systems
• Operations, finance, billing, and technology
• Intake and backend infrastructure

You focus on lawyering and oversight, while we handle the business engine.

Important Compensation Timeline (Transparent & Upfront)

Because this is a pre-litigation practice, please note:

Compensation begins only when cases settle.

On average, pre-litigation settlements take 3-6 months from intake to payout.

We want to be fully transparent: this is not immediate income.
There will be a multi-month runway before compensation distributions begin.

If a case cannot settle in pre-litigation, we refer it to co-counsel for litigation, and the firm receives a portion of the fee upon resolution.

This opportunity is designed for attorneys who want long-term, scalable, high-volume earnings, rather than short-term quick payouts.

Your earning potential comes from high case flow, supported entirely by our MSO infrastructure.

Your Role

• Serve as Attorney of Record / Managing Attorney
• Legally own the firm while we operate the business through the MSO
• Approve legal decisions, demands, settlements, and retainer agreements
• Provide oversight to case managers (we supply the staff)
• Ensure compliance with ethical rules in your jurisdiction
• Optional: Perform substantive legal work if you choose
• Work with the MSO to maintain proper separation of legal vs. non-legal functions

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $68,876.16 - $92,947.63 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
