Part-Time Attorney (Civil Litigation / Landlord-Tenant) – Richmond, VA

Location: Monument Ave. / Willow Lawn area, Richmond, Virginia

Position Type: Part-Time, In-Office (Not Remote)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a part-time attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia to assist with civil litigation in General District Court, including landlord-tenant matters and related areas of law.

Key Details:

• Schedule: 2–3 days per week, between the hours of 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

• Flexibility: Workdays and hours can be scheduled flexibly within that timeframe

• Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and number of hours worked

Requirements:

• Active Virginia law license in good standing

• Experience in civil litigation and/or landlord-tenant law preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a small firm setting
