Attorney Part Time Remote

Job Overview
We are seeking a Part Time Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background civil litigation focused in creditors rights and foreclosures. This role requires licensure in either New Mexico, Texas or Colorado.

Duties

• Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in litigation proceedings and court appearances as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all case-related activities.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective case management.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of foreclosure law and creditors rights.
• Proficient in litigation processes with excellent negotiation skills.
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal issues.
