LAW FIRM MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED -- NO RECRUITERS PLEASE
This is a part-time position (20-25 hous/week).
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, in collaboration with the Administrative Director, this position will support the firm’s attorney recruitment efforts while strengthening the firm’s online presence through strategic social media marketing. This role combines legal talent acquisition, employer branding, and digital marketing to attract top legal talent and enhance the firm’s visibility in the legal market.
Daily Tasks -- Attorney Recruiting:
- Source, identify, and recruit lateral attorneys for open positions
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through direct outreach, networking, and social platforms
- Work with AD on coordinating candidate screening interviews and to evaluate qualifications
- Build relationships with law schools, bar associations, and legal organizations
- Attend legal networking events, OCIs, and career fairs to identify potential candidates
Social Media & Legal Marketing:
- Develop and manage the firm’s social media presence on platforms such as:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- X (Twitter)
- Facebook
- Create engaging content highlighting:
- Attorney achievements
- Firm culture
- Legal insights
- Career opportunities
- Community involvement
- Promote open attorney positions through targeted social media campaigns
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and professional tone across all platforms
- Support marketing campaigns related to recruiting initiatives
Firm Branding:
- Position the firm as an employer of choice in the legal industry
- Showcase firm culture through social media storytelling
- Develop recruitment marketing materials including:
- Attorney spotlight posts
- Career opportunity posts
- Recruitment videos
- Firm event coverage
- Maintain an attractive and updated careers page and online recruiting presence
Requirements and Skills for Success:
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with attorneys and legal professionals
- Strong knowledge of OCI and law student recruiting processes
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities with tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiting tools and legal job platforms
- Knowledge of the legal hiring market and lateral recruiting
- Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Basic graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva)
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of digital marketing analytics

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
