Attorney Wanted for Plaintiff-Side Employment Law Firm

We are AKHAVAN & ASSOCIATES (855-IM-FIRED), a fast growing employment law firm representing employees and their claims against their employers for wage and hour violations, whistleblower violations, claims of wrongful termination, as well as harassment, discrimination, and retaliation based on their age, sex, gender, disability, marital status, pregnancy, and other protected characteristics. In other words, we assist employees who have not been paid properly or are being treated unfairly at work, both on an individual basis, as well as on a class action basis.

We are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our practice as an Associate Attorney. Ideal candidate would be anywhere from a 1-6 year attorney who is a passionate individual motivated to help others who have been mistreated at work. This is an in-person position. Duties include managing cases from inception to trial preparation, communicating and negotiating with counsel, taking/defending depositions, and more. Previous employment and litigation experience preferred, but not required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
