The Adult Representation Services (ARS) department is seeking an Associate Attorney or Attorney to represent clients facing legal proceedings in one of our core practice areas which include parent representation in child protection and child support contempt matters, housing, guardianship, and mental health civil commitment. ARS provides high-quality, equitable representation to clients experiencing poverty in certain civil matters where appointment of counsel is necessary to protect a fundamental right. Our holistic legal team includes attorneys, investigators, paralegals, and social service experts.

Full salary range:
Attorney, Associate: $81,479.03 - $119,619.95 Annually
Attorney: $112,211.52 - $168,317.28 Annually
Location and hours:
This position will be onsite in downtown Minneapolis at the Health Services Building located at 525 Portland Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55415. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. New Employee Orientation (NEO) for all new benefit-earning employees is in-person in downtown Minneapolis. Details about NEO will be provided upon hire.
