Litigation Attorney

Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation firm, is seeking a 3 plus years’ Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. Prior experience with insurance litigation, medical malpractice, and casualty defense litigation would be strongly preferred. A writing sample demonstrating strong research and writing skills will be required. Clerkship experience that demonstrates strong research and writing skills would be highly preferred for this position. The firm offers a competitive compensation, bonus twice a year, a remote work situation, and a very competitive benefits package. The selected candidate has to be residing in the State of Colorado to be eligible for this position. • A minimum of three years of experience practicing civil litigation.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado.
• Proven experience in insurance litigation, medical malpractice, or casualty defense is strongly preferred.
• Strong research and writing abilities, supported by a high-quality writing sample or clerkship experience.
• Proficiency in managing the discovery process, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and its application in legal contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
