Litigation / Pre-Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

We’re seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to handle both pre-litigation and litigation matters from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, oversee demand packages, negotiations, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial prep, while working closely with support staff to achieve top results for clients.

Requirements:

• J.D. and active Georgia law license
• 2+ years of plaintiff PI experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Ability to handle a heavy caseload independently

Competitive base salary + bonuses + benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $116,052.56 - $225,590.18 per year
